This is not PowerDraft. This is just "prerequisite" software for installing PowerDraft.

Really a fine CAD-program. Using its utilities/tools/functions optimal needs some knowledge, but than you have a lot. ALso Bentley Powerdraft is by far completer and finer CAD-program than AutoCAD Lite. Using well it is really a better option than AutoCAD. I've used this the complete version of Microstation SE and later de 'light'-version Powerdraft fot teaching my students.for years.
